The following are exempted from the provision of this chapter:
(A) Sound emitted from a horn, siren, or other warning device of authorized emergency vehicles;
(B) Non-commercial power tools, when properly muffled, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.;
(C) Burglar and/or vehicle alarms or other warning devices when properly installed, providing the cause for any such alarm is investigated and the alarm is discontinued within a reasonable period of time;
(D) Noise related to Halloween celebrations and celebrations of legal holidays;
(E) Permitted parades or festivals between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 11:30 p.m., Sunday through Thursday and between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 a.m., the following day, Friday through Saturday;
(F) Attendant noise connected with the actual performance of athletic or sporting or entertainment events and practices related to them;
(G) The emission of sound for the purposes of alerting persons to the existence of an emergency or danger, or for the performance of emergency work;
(H) Sounds associated with normal conducting of a legally established non-transient business when such sounds are customary, incidental, and within the normal range appropriate for that purpose.
