§ 95.29 AUTHORITY TO CONTRACT.
   The Board of Public Works and Safety shall also have the authority to contract with commercial garbage/rubbish haulers for costs to be established by the Board of Public Works and Safety to allow said commercial garbage and rubbish haulers to deposit at the landfill.
