§ 94.16 APPEALS.
   Appeals of an interpretation or application of this chapter may be made in a writing filed with the city's Clerk-Treasurer not more than 30 calendar days following the challenged interpretation or application and shall be heard and decided by the city Board of Public Works and Safety.
