(A) The following fines may be imposed for each violation of Chapter 94:
(1) First violation: $50;
(2) Second violation: $100;
(3) Third violation: $200;
(4) Subsequent violations: $200.
(B) The fines and penalties provided for in this section shall be in addition to all other remedies and penalties provided for herein and by law, and except where otherwise provided, every day any violation continues shall constitute a separate violation.
