§ 94.12 SMOKING IN BED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to smoke or to be in the possession of a lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe, or other fire producing device, while in or upon a bed in facilities available for transient lodging for compensation, or any apartment house or other multiple dwelling unlit occupied by more than four families.
   (B)   The person in charge of any such facilities or multiple dwelling unit shall post a copy of this section in a conspicuous place in all areas known to be generally used or intended for sleeping by guests or tenants thereof.
