§ 91.64 CITATIONS; HEARINGS BEFORE THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY.

Any person served with a warning notice and who fails to comply shall be subject to the citation procedures or a hearing before the Board of Public Works and Safety. Citations shall contain the date, time, name and address of the violator, the code section violated, the nature of the violation, location of the violation, and the name of the person issuing the citation.
