(A) Persons who fail to comply with the permit provisions of this chapter, or who violate any other provision of this chapter shall be served with a warning notice requesting immediate compliance.
(B) The warning notice shall state that the person is in violation of the city code, and that he has seven days in which to comply. The warning notice shall contain the date, time, name and address of the violator, the code section violated, nature of the violation, location of the violation, the name of the officer issuing the warning notice, and the telephone number of the office to contact for information.
