§ 91.33.2 DISPOSITION OF DANGEROUS ANIMAL.
   An animal reasonably determined to be a dangerous animal may be impounded and humanely euthanized by or under the direction of the impounding facility upon not less than ten days written notice by personal delivery or mailed by certified mail to the animal's owner or recent custodian, if such person, and his/her whereabouts is known or reasonably available. That notice shall include the particulars of the notice under § 91.33.1, excepting § 91.33.1(E).
