§ 90.17 EXEMPTIONS FROM LIABILITY.

The following are not liable for loss or damage to a vehicle or parts occurring during the removal or storage of a vehicle or parts under this chapter:

(A) A person who owns, leases, or occupies property from which a abandoned vehicle or its contents or parts are removed.

(B) The city.

(D) An automobile scrapyard.

(E) A storage yard.

(F) An agent of a person on entity listed in divisions (A) through (E)
