Five Common Council districts are hereby established within and coextensive with the present boundaries of the city. Those districts are numbered and described as follows:
(A) Council District No. One shall contain Huntington Township Precincts Three, Four, and Six.
(B) Council District No. Two shall contain Huntington Township Precincts One, Two, and Two A
(C) Council District No. Three shall contain Huntington Township Precincts One A, Nine, Ten, and part of Eight (Census Tract 961800 Blocks: 4015, 4017, 4025, 4026, 4030, and 4031).
(D) Council District No. Four shall contain Huntington Township Precincts Seven, Seven A, and Eight (excepting Census Tract 961800 Blocks: 4015, 4017, 4025, 4026, 4030, and 4031).
(E) Council District No. Five shall contain Huntington Township Precincts Five, Five A, and Six A.
