§ 90.11 NOTICE TO STATE OF IMPOUNDMENT REQUIRED.
   (A)   The owner or lienholder does not appear and pay all costs; or
   (B)   If the owner of a vehicle cannot be determined by the State Bureau search, the Bureau shall declare the vehicle abandoned and provide for disposal under this chapter.
