§ 30.74 REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION.
   (A)   There is hereby established a Redevelopment Commission that shall be known as the City of Huntington Redevelopment Commission, pursuant to IC 36-7-14 et seq.
   (B)   The Common Council and Mayor shall appoint members of the Redevelopment Commission and members shall faithfully perform their statutory duties and obligations.
