§ 79.03 SUPPLEMENTAL STOPPING, STANDING, PARKING, LOADING REGULATIONS.
Because the Common Council cannot keep adequate track of, and address timely, all of the stopping, standing, parking and loading problems of this city on a day-to-day basis, this city's Chief of Police is hereby authorized and directed to from time to time accumulate and evaluate available information to determine whether particular stopping, standing, parking, and/or loading situations are not adequately addressed by this code, including but not limited to the installation and enforcement of the requirements of the signage referenced and particularized in this chapter, including the referenced Schedule I, and to recommend modifications and/or additions thereto to the Board of Public Works and Safety of this city (Board). That Board shall by resolution and as the duly authorized designee of the Common Council for this purpose, authorize and direct modifications or additions to those limitations, restrictions and/or prohibitions as that Board so determines to be necessary or advisable, which resolutions when adopted shall be implemented, enforceable and enforced as a part of this chapter, all pending and subject to further action by the Common Council.
