§ 30.52 ADMINISTRATION OF CITY UTILITIES.
   The Clerk-Treasurer shall furnish space within his or her office for the administration and records of the city's utilities. The various personnel needed to manage the bookkeeping and administrative requirements of the utilities shall be appointed by the Clerk-Treasurer and served at his or her pleasure.
