(A) The regular meeting date and time for the Common Council shall be at 7:00 p.m. on the second and last Tuesdays of each month.
(B) Meetings shall be conducted pursuant to the applicable statutes (IC 36-4-6-10 through 36-4-6-17) and in accordance with the rules provided in this chapter.
(C) Special meetings of the Common Council may be called by the Mayor in accordance with IC 36-4-6-7 or by written consent of a two- thirds majority of the elected members of Common Council, which must be filed with the City Clerk-Treasurer. All special meetings shall be noticed and conducted in accordance with IC 5-14 et. seq.
