§ 30.01 CITY GOVERNMENT COMPOSED OF FOUR BRANCHES.
   The government of the city shall consist of four branches, those being the executive branch (IC 36-4-5), the legislative branch (IC 36-4-6), the fiscal branch (IC 36-4-10), and the statutory boards and commissions.
