This chapter is adopted under the authority granted by IC 36-1-4-11, 36-7-4, and all acts supplemental and amendatory thereto which provide for the enacting, administration, enforcement, and amendment of this chapter for control of post construction stormwater runoff in the City of Huntington, Indiana (hereinafter “city”).
