§ 56.10 INDUSTRIAL OR CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY DISCHARGES.
   Any person subject to an industrial or construction activity NPSES stormwater discharge permit shall comply with all provisions of that permit. Proof of such compliance may be required in a form acceptable to the city prior to allowing discharges to the MS4.
