§ 55.92 APPEALS.
   Any decision or determination made under this chapter by the City Engineer may be appealed to the City Board of Works and Public Safety. The following procedures shall apply:
   (A)   Appeal shall be filed with the City Clerk-Treasurer, on a form provided by the city, within 14 days of the date of issuance of the decision.
   (B)   The City Board of Public Works and Safety shall review the appeal request at the next available meeting after the appeal is filed.
   (C)   Notice of the appeal shall be issued to the City Engineer and the person filing the appeal, indicating the date, time, and meeting place upon which the City Board of Public Works and Safety will hear the appeal.
   (D)   The City Board of Public Works and Safety may affirm, rescind, or modify the decision of the City Engineer. Only the item or items upon which an appeal has been filed shall be heard and decided upon by the Board.
