Upon written request from the applicant, the Commission may waive the requirement to submit one or more of the items listed in § 55.40. In order for it to waive a requirement, the Commission shall determine, in writing, that the item is not necessary for it to adequately determine the ability of the property to properly control stormwater runoff.
