In addition to the requirements of this chapter, compliance with the requirements set forth in other applicable ordinances with respect to submission and approval of primary and secondary subdivision plats, development plans, building and improvement location permits, construction inspections, appeals, and with applicable State of Indiana statutes and regulations, shall be required.
