Repeated applications for wastewater treatment credits and/or leak adjustments (by the same customer, or that customer's affiliates, or for the same metered location), shall be held to increasingly higher burdens of proof (e.g. a clear and convincing standard) of eligibility for such adjustment/credit hereunder.
