(A) The enforcement authority for these sections will be all appropriate law enforcement including the Huntington City Police Department, Ordinance Enforcement Officers, and the Ordinance Violations Bureau.
(B) In addition to monetary penalties that may be assessed in accordance with § 99.99, the city reserves the right to expel or refuse entry to any individual from the City Trails and Greenway Network for up to one year for:
(1) Noncompliance with the foregoing provisions; and
(2) Noncompliance with any rules, regulations, or recommendations adopted by the Board of Public Works and Safety.
