§ 99.76 RULES AND REGULATIONS.

   The City Trails and Greenway Network shall be used in accordance with the following rules and regulations:

   (A)   Drugs and alcohol are prohibited;

   (B)   Blocking or obstructing any portion is prohibited;

   (C)   Trespassing or cutting through adjacent properties or yards to gain access is prohibited;

   (D)   Pets must be on a six-foot (or less) leash;

   (E)   Bicyclists and skaters must yield to pedestrians;

   (F)   Users must stop for cross traffic and obey all signage; and

   (G)   The Board of Public Works and Safety shall draft, adopt, and publicize further rules, regulations, and recommendations as deemed by it to be necessary and appropriate.
