§ 99.64 MISCELLANEOUS.
   (A)   The city is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property.
   (B)   All injuries suffered at a dog park must be reported immediately to the Board of Public Works and Safety, its Superintendent or a public safety employee.
