(A) In addition to monetary penalties that may be assessed in accordance with § 99.99, the city reserves the right to expel or refuse entry to any individual from the dog parks for:
(1) Noncompliance with the foregoing provisions;
(2) Noncompliance with any rules, regulations, or recommendations adopted by the Board of Public Works and Safety;
(3) Unauthorized use of an access pass; or
(4) Allowing the unauthorized use of an access pass;
(B) Any person so expelled or refused may be denied dog parks access for a one-year period.
