Dog parks shall be used in accordance with the following rules and regulations:
(A) No person shall utilize the dog parks without applying for, paying for, and receiving an appropriate access pass; and
(B) No person shall access the dog parks without having first signed an appropriate indemnification and release of liability; and
(C) No person shall utilize the dog parks outside of the posted hours or, if no such posting is provided, outside of the hours specified in § 99.03; and
(D) The Board of Public Works and Safety shall draft, adopt, and publicize further rules, regulations, and recommendations as deemed by it to be necessary and appropriate.
