§ 99.61 HOURS OF USE.
   The Board of Public Works and Safety shall determine the hours of use for the dog parks and post notice of the same. The city may close the dog parks whenever it determines necessary, such as during special events, inclement weather, or after violations of these rules and regulations and any rules and regulations adopted by the Board of Public Works and Safety.
