§ 100.001 DEFINITIONS.
   Unless the context specifically indicates otherwise, the meaning of the following terms, if used in this chapter to implement the provisions of this chapter, shall be as follows:
   "SIDEWALK." A pedestrian pathway parallel to a roadway, street, or alley.
