§ 95.10 FEES AND CHARGES ESTABLISHED; BILLING; AND COLLECTION.

   (A)   On a per-site, per-month basis, the fees and charges below shall be charged to:

      (1)   City utility customers that receive city trash collection;

      (2)   Owners of residential property, not connected to city utilities, but that receive city trash collection; and

      (3)   Opt-in recycling customers:

   (B)   All subject to collection as provided by law, the appropriate total amount above shall be:

      (1)   Billed on the utility bills of city utility customers that receive city trash collection;

      (2)   Billed to owners of residential property, not connected to city utilities, but that receive city trash collection; and

      (3)   Billed to opt-in recycling customers.
