§ 38.02 MORE STRINGENT OR DETAILED PROVISIONS REGARDING NEPOTISM.
   Anti-nepotism provisions which are more stringent or detailed than the provisions of state law may be adopted and implemented by the city except as otherwise prohibited by applicable authority.
