§ 150.67 DEPOSIT OF PERMIT FEES AND PENALTIES.
   All permit fees collected pursuant to § 150.61(C) and any penalties collected for violations of §§ 150.60 through 150.66 shall be deposited into the city's Unsafe Building Structure Fund.
