§ 150.65 DEMOLITION OF HISTORIC STRUCTURES.

Prior to granting a permit, an application for demolition of a historic structure shall comply with all of the general requirements listed in §§ 150.60 through 150.64, as well as receive a certificate of appropriateness from the Huntington Historic Review Board pursuant to IC 36-7-11-14 and §§ 153.20 through 153.23.
