§ 99.54 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   In addition to monetary penalties that may be assessed, the city reserves the right to expel an individual from the skate park for noncompliance with the foregoing provisions.
   (B)   Any person receiving three expulsions from the skate park shall be denied access for a one-year period.
