§ 99.52 SAFETY EQUIPMENT REQUIRED.

All persons utilizing the skate park shall wear proper safety equipment, including but not limited to, a secure helmet, kneepads and elbow pads. Such safety equipment shall be functional, in good repair and properly sized. All helmets shall, at a minimum, conform to state standards regarding bicycle helmets.
