The skate park shall be used by skateboarders, roller skaters, and inline skaters in accordance with the following regulations:
(A) No person shall utilize the skate park outside of the posted hours or, if no such posting is provided, outside of the park hours specified in § 99.03;
(B) Skating is prohibited within the skate park while surfaces are wet;
(C) Glass bottles are prohibited within the skate park;
(D) Climbing on or over the skate park fence is prohibited;
(E) Placement of outside ramps, jumps, structures, obstacles or other materials within the skate park is prohibited; and
(F) The use of amplified sound systems is prohibited within the skate park.
