§ 50.99 PENALTY; LIABILITY.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be liable to the city for any expense, loss, or damage caused by a violation. The city shall bill the person for the costs incurred by the city for the cleaning, repairing, or replacement work caused by the violation.
