§ 50.51 METER TESTS REQUESTED BY CUSTOMER.
   (A)   Any user may, in writing, request a test of the accuracy of the user's water meter. If the meter is found to be faulty, it shall be repaired or replaced at the city's expense and a billing adjustment shall be made to the user's account.
   (B)   If the meter is found to be functioning properly, the user shall not be charged for the meter test. However, if the user requests another test within a 12-month period following the first request and the meter is again found to be functioning properly, the user shall be billed a charge of $75 for each request.
