(A) Monies received by or at the direction of the Office of the Huntington County Prosecuting Attorney in accordance with IC 34-24-1 et. seq. shall be receipted by the City Clerk Treasurer, or the Clerk Treasurer's designee, and deposited in the Law Enforcement Forfeiture and Seizure Fund.
(B) Council shall appropriate the monies in the Law Enforcement Forfeiture and Seizure Fund for the use and benefit of the City of Huntington Police Department, and for such purposes as may be permitted by then applicable law.
