§ 12.02 RECORDS ACCESS OFFICER; GUIDELINES.

(A) In order to implement this chapter, the City Clerk Treasurer is hereby designated as the person responsible for the public records release decisions, and will be referred to herein as the Records Access Officer.

(B) The Records Access Officer shall be guided by the Access to Public Records Act (IC 5-14-3-1 through 5-14-3-10), as then in force, and shall also be guided by this policy and any state and federal law regarding privacy, confidentiality, and disclosure requirements of records.
