§ 36.96 PURPOSES OF THE FUND.
   The funds on deposit in the Riverboat Fund may be used for such purposes as are authorized by I.C. 4-33-13-5(e), I.C. 4-33-13-6, and I.C. 36-1-8-9, as the same may be amended from time to time.
