§ 36.11 FUNDS RETURNED FOR ACCOUNTING OR AUDITING PURPOSES.
   The Chief of Police may, at any time, require any funds which have been disbursed, but not yet expended, to be returned if deemed necessary for accounting or auditing purposes.
