§ 36.09 POLYGRAPH EXAMINATIONS.

Any member of the Police Department making a request for disbursement from the Law Enforcement Aid Fund may be directed by the Chief of Police or acting chief of police to submit to a polygraph or voice stress examination with regard to the use or intended use of the funds.
