§ 36.06 RECORD OF DISBURSEMENTS.
   The Chief of Police shall maintain a written ledger of all such disbursements, including:
   (A)   The date of disbursement;
   (B)   The check or warrant number (if drawn by check or warrant);
   (C)   The amount of the disbursement;
   (D)   The date and identification number of the request for funds;
   (E)   The intended purpose of the disbursement; and
   (F)   The name of the payee.
