There is hereby established an oversight committee comprised of the Chief of Police, Assistant Chief of Police, Lieutenant, Detective Sergeant and the Mayor of the city. The Oversight Committee shall have the responsibility to oversee the use of the Law Enforcement Aid Fund in strict compliance with the purposes and the provisions of this subchapter.
