§ 33.38 ACCESS TO LISTS.
   (A)   In accordance with I.C. 5-14-3-4(a) or I.C. 5-14-3-4(b), the city shall not be required to create or provide copies of lists of names and addresses unless required to publish and disseminate them to the public pursuant to statute.
   (B)   (1)   However, if the city has created lists of names and addresses, it must permit a person to inspect and make memoranda abstracts from the list unless public access to the lists is prohibited by law.
      (2)   Lists of the names and addresses of employees of the city may not be disclosed to commercial entities for commercial purposes and may not be used by commercial entities for commercial purposes.
