The Records Access Officer pursuant to statute shall be given 24 hours in which to make a response to the request for a record; however, when a request is received on a Friday or on a date preceding a non-business day, the Records Access Officer shall have until the same hour on the next business day in which to release, copy or refuse disclosure, whichever applicable.
