§ 33.32 RECORDS ACCESS OFFICER.
   In order to implement the Access to Public Records Act, the Mayor of the city is hereby designated as the person responsible for public records release decisions and will be referred to as the Records Access Officer and, in the absence of the Mayor ,the Clerk-Treasurer of the city is hereby designated as the Records Access Officer.
