§ 32.159 ELECTION AND APPOINTMENT OF OFFICERS.

Pursuant to I.C. 36-7-4-912, at its first meeting each calendar year ,the Board shall elect from among its members the Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson. The Board shall appoint the Secretary who is not required to be a member of the Board.
