§ 32.133 COMPENSATION AND EXPENSES.
   It shall be the duty of the Mayor and Common Council of the city to include, in its annual budget for the city each year, a sum certain for the salary and wages of the Code Enforcement Officer and other employees, as the Department may then have, and a sum certain for the necessary expenses of the Department.
